2. Achol’s years of expertise and leadership have also carried on to her ability to assess the best ways to delegate the right services and establish a care support team of workers that are suitable to your needs.

Our team includes Achol as the director, she has over eleven years work experience in the care support industry having worked in leadership position managing multiple houses with people with disability and the teams that provide their care, Achol has considerable management and administration experience. In those positions, she has had a responsibility for supporting and guiding teams and takes a key role in policy formulation and implementation. She always shows dedication and professionalism and is a very positive leader who listens well and who provides effective ongoing support to staff, clients and care support workers while at the same time encouraging them to develop independence.

The team also includes an experienced registered nurse that is empathetic and respectful to clients. An experienced Social worker who coordinates services to clients and is also a part of the managing team. We have put together a care support team of compassionate, qualified and respectful carers who always put clients first.
